Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your e-mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward emails from one e-mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your email mailboxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailboxes against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming email messages based on certain rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just select the e-mail account you wish to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
